You are summoned to attend a virtual meeting of the Parish Council on 16th April 2020 at 7.30 pm using the online platform Zoom

Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

a) To consider extending the delegation of the council decisions to the Clerk during the period of restricted activity declared by the Government in respect of the Covid 19 virus, Such delegation, in line with the agreed procedure, to enable the council to fulfil its responsibility to its residents.
b) To agree process for responding to Local Plan Partial Update & Draft Statement of community involvement
c) To receive an update on the community response to the Covid-19 outbreak & the support available to residents.
