Chew Valley Area Forum – Climate & Nature Emergency Working Group – Transport Surveys

Chew Valley Area Forum Climate & Nature Emergency Working Group is conducting two transport surveys.

Chew Valley School Students

The first is for Students in Year 10, 11, 12 & 13 of Chew Valley School to establish how they currently travel to school and to see what buy-in there might be to various forms of low carbon transport for the Post-16 journey to school. This was launched on 19th April is open until 30th April.

Cross-Valley Transport Survey

The second is a cross-valley survey to scope parishioners’ present use of transport and again to see what forms of low carbon transport they might be willing to move to. This was launched on 26th April and will be open until 26th May:

Each survey should only take a few minutes to complete.

Please complete the surveys as relevant to you and share by any means you can think of to spread the word.

CVAF C&NEWG Steering Group are really keen to get a large response, so as to make a strong evidence-based case for change.

With WECA and B&NES working to meet the new government Bus Back Better plan https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/bus-back-better , it has never been more important for the views of rural communities to be included.
