TO ALL PARISH COUNCILLORS:
You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 14th April 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend.
(15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

i) 25/00026/FUL, 37 Hillcrest, Pensford. Single storey front porch to replace current single storey front porch. First floor extension above existing garage to create annex. Single storey link building to connect main house with annex. Internal reconfigurations and larger patio area to front of house. PERMIT
ii) 25/00511/FUL. Unregistered Farm Buildings Adjacent To Sandhills Birchwood Lane, Publow. Provision of 2 no. detached dwellings and associated works. REFUSE
62.5. Matters for Discussion:
a) To approve removal /replacement of Waste Bins, expenditure for Barrels and for secure tops.
b) To identify historic village structures and to ensure their ongoing maintenance.
c) To approve expenditure of £150 for removal of rubbish in allotments.
d) To consider proposal to provide additional water supply in the allotments
e) To approve expenditure of £45 for an email spam filter.
f) To appoint solicitor to assist in transferring ownership of new plot of land.
g) To approve request to use the Marquee for a community event.
h) To review correspondence regarding Parking on Hillcrest.
i) To review correspondence regarding Birchwood Lane /A37 Junction
j) To review correspondence regarding coffee van.
