You are summoned to attend an Annual & Monthly meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 12th May 2025 at 7.00 pm, following on from the Annual Village Meeting.

Public Participation: (15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

iii) 25/00583/VAR. 48 Hillcrest, Pensford. Variation of condition 9 (Plans List (Compliance)) of application 23/02251/FUL (Erection of 2no. bungalows). APPLICATION PERMITTED.

a) To respond to the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO)
b) To formally request 20mph speed limit on A37 through Pensford.
c) To approve expenditure of £70 + VAT to join the allotment society
d) To approve expenditure of £95 for the annual subscription to the Parish Council Airport Association.
e) To approve expenditure to print letter regarding the sorting office closure
f) To recognise and support the Pensford Community Volunteers.
g) To make arrangements for the reporting of the quarterly police report given at Parish Liaison meeting.
h) To approve the annual insurance premium of £772.14
i) To approve the creation of an Official Facebook Page for the Parish Council and to appoint an Admin.
