Privacy Policy Update

Privacy

Publow with Pensford Parish Council constantly review our policies, and if we make material changes we publish details on our website to keep you informed.

The Parish Council takes your privacy seriously. We have approved an updated Privacy Policy and you can find a summary of the key changes below. The changes go into effect on 9th September 2024.

Please do read the full policy here, as our future processing of your personal data will be subject to the updated policy.

Here is a short summary of what we have changed:

1.     We have included new wording to make it clear that when you contact us we may share your personal information with a third party organisation, e.g. County Council, or other relevant organisation, in order to assist with your inquiry or to report an issue you have raised.

2.     We have removed the entire section regarding “Our CCTV and ANPR Systems”. This is because the Parish Council no longer has any intention of operating an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera system.
