You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 8th September 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

(15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

a) Applications to Consult:

b) Decision Notification:
i) 25/01563/LBA: Publow Farm , Blackrock Lane, Publow. Internal alterations to vault the ceilings of Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 in the 19th century part of the building. CONSENT
68.5. Matters for Discussion:
a) To fill the vacancy on the Parish Council by co-option
b) To approve the proposed route for the diversion of footpath CL17/40 to be submitted to B&NES as an amendment to the Public Path Orders application pack submitted in March 2025.
c) To confirm that no member of the public has any 3rd party interest in any part of the proposed route passing over the allotments.
d) To discuss the feasibility of the Village Hall playing fields as a potential site for village car park.
e) To agree arrangements for Remembrance Sunday 2025.
f) To approve sign off for the Housing Needs Survey.
g) To approve expenditure for the planters on Pensford Hill
h) To receive a report on the meeting with a badger expert on the Allotments.
i) To accept Local Government Association Pay Agreement 2025-2026.
