TO ALL PARISH COUNCILLORS:

You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 12th June 2023 at 7.00 pm in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend. (15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

b) To agree the policy for Loan & Storage of Marquee
c) ANPR – To agree the amended Privacy Policy
d) ANPR – To agree the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) for camera Locations.
e) ANPR – To approve expenditure for signage
f) Planning Policy – to agree response to Local Green Space Review
g) To agree renewal of membership to Parish Councils Airport Association (PCAA) (£75)
h) To consider amending the role of the footpath officer to include general maintenance in the Parish
i) Request from resident to consider the restoration of the old milestone (on left towards Wells)
j) Request from resident to re-establish the pantomime
k) To consider the installation of Wessex Water Filling Points
l) To consider the provision of a suggestions box
m) To review the options to improve safe footpaths to school
