TO ALL PARISH COUNCILLORS:
You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 28th April 2025 at 7:30 pm in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend. (15 minutes Maximum): Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes.
All comments should be restricted to items on the agenda.
63.1 To receive apologies for absence.
63.2 To receive notification of any members’ personal or prejudicial interest in any item on the agenda.
63.3 Matters for Discussion:
a) To oppose the proposed closure of the sorting office at Pensford Post Office due to effects it will have on the viability of village Post Office and store.
b) Resolution to support Pensford Post Office with a letter to Royal Mail and with a petition
c) To agree wording of letter to Royal Mail and petition.
d) To consider any other further suggestions we may be able to give.
