You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 9th February 2026 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend.
(15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

i) 26/00048/CLEU. Nursery Farm, New Road, Pensford: Erection of conservatory / orangery (Certificate of Lawfulness for an Existing Use).
b) Decision Notification:
i) 25/04619/FUL. Hill House, Pensford Hill, Pensford: Erection of front porch, removal of render to front elevation to expose original natural rubblestone walling (Retrospective) PERMIT
ii) 25/04550/FUL. Rising Sun, Church Street, Pensford. Minor external alterations to include addition of new windows, doorway to replace existing window, porch, external metal staircase with railings and enlargement of external landing. PERMIT

b) To resolve to apply for a grant from British Heart foundation to apply for a new defibrillator in Woollard.

f) To confirm distribution of the Housing needs survey.
