MEETING TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 13th JANUARY 2025 AT 7:00 PM IN THE MEMORIAL HALL, PUBLOW LANE, PENSFORD.

TO ALL PARISH COUNCILLORS:

You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 13th January 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend. (15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

59.1. To receive apologies for absence.

59.2. To receive notification of any members’ personal or prejudicial interest in any item on the agenda.

59.4. Planning:

a) Applications to Consult:

i) 25/00026/FUL. 37 Hillcrest, Pensford: Proposal: Single storey front porch to replace current single storey front porch. First floor extension above existing garage to create annex. Single storey link building to connect main house with annex. Internal reconfigurations and larger patio area to front of house.

b) Decision Notification:

i) 24/04000/FUL: Lockup Cottage, Publow Lane, Publow: Replacement of two adjacent front door entrance covers with matching porches at 1 and 2 Lockup Cottage. PERMITTED
ii) 24/00539/FUL. 189 Publow Lane, Woollard: Attic conversion to include new stair from first floor, internal insulation to roof and conservation rooflights on rear elevation. Alterations to openings on the ground floor to swap existing front door and adjacent window, and to enlarge window on front elevation to width of original front door. Ground floor extension to rear that extends below garden level, with raised parapet wall above. Fence to front boundary. PERMITTED
iii) 24/00540/LBA. 189 Publow Lane, Woollard: Attic conversion to include new stair from first floor, internal insulation to roof and conservation rooflights on rear elevation. 59.5. Matters for Discussion:

a) To accept Local Government Association Pay Agreement 2024-2025.
b) To approve budget 2025-26 and to set the precept request.
c) To note letter of resignation from Footpath officer effective end of March 2025 and to commence recruitment process for replacement.
d) To approve response to Bristol Airport Master Plan Consultation.
e) To receive a report of the meeting with WERN and to approve a housing needs survey
f) To review proposal for change to parking arrangements by new post office.
g) To approve the relocation of the Defibrillator in central Pensford to the new post office building.
h) To support the request for restrictions to the licence of the snack van on Hursley Hill
