TO ALL PARISH COUNCILLORS:

You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 14th July 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend.
(15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

a) Applications to Consult:

b) Decision Notification:

i) 25/00338/FUL, Portal , Publow Lane, Publow.: Erection of two-storey front extension, demolition of existing lean-to conservatory, extension of existing single storey pitched roof shed to side, raising of existing ridge by 1m to facilitate loft conversion with front and rear dormers, and erection of double garage. PERMIT
ii) 24/01202/FUL : The Hollies, Hillcrest, Pensford. Erection of 3 bedroom bungalow on the gardens of The Hollies. APPEAL DISMISSED

66.5. Matters for Discussion:

a) To support request for parking restrictions on access to shared drive on High Street opposite the Old School House.
b) To support the request for further restrictions to parking around the Village Green & Lock up.
c) To comment on the Local Plan Housing development boundary review
d) To approve content of information sheet regarding the Village Parking Project and agree its publication.
e) To approve expenditure for footpath officer to carry out maintenance on Acker Bilk bench and surrounding area by the village green.
