TO ALL PARISH COUNCILLORS:
You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 13th October 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend.
(15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

a) Applications to Consult:
i) 25/03794/TCA. River Bank, Mill Lane, Woollard. Rowan tree – dead. To fell.
ii) 25/03623/TCA. 1 Old School House , High Street, Pensford. Silver birch – diseased & in danger of falling branches, to take down the tree & leave a small stump.
b) Decision Notification:
i) 25/02819/CLPU. Portal, Publow Lane, Publow: Construction of a single storey rear extension to form additional living accommodation following demolition of existing conservatory (Certificate of Lawfulness for a Proposed Development).LAWFUL
ii) 25/02390/CLPU. Tyreece , Wells Road, Pensford: Use of existing outbuilding as residential annexe (Certificate of Lawful Proposed Use). LAWFUL
69.5. Matters for Discussion:
a) To agree response to the Local Plan Options Consultation.
b) To set up dedicated Councillor mailboxes to remove the use of personal email addresses to comply with Assertion 10 in the 2025-26 AGAR.
c) To approve expenditure due to Windows 10 end of life.
d) To approve expenditure to comply with requirements for road closure for Remembrance 2025
e) To review the Parish Council bins following the notice from one of the volunteers that they will no longer be emptying the bins from the end of 2025.
f) To appoint a guardian for the Woollard Defibrillator.
g) To approve the installation of the new defibrillator cabinet at the post office.
h) To approve proposal to improve the area of Village Green, Acker Bilk Bench & Planters (CD)
