You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on
Monday 11th November 2019 at 7.15 pm at Memorial Hall Publow Lane Pensford

agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

b) To consider the offer of the donation of a vintage red telephone box.
c) To confirm arrangements for the Village Christmas tree
d) To nominate a representative to the B&NES Rural Transport Group.
e) To consider the installation of waste bins in the Parish.
f) To adopt the Parish Council Complaints Procedure
g) To address a resident’s concerns about visibility at the end of Old Road
h) To approve expenditure for a feasibility study for changes to Village Green.
