TO ALL PARISH COUNCILLORS:
You are summoned to attend a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday 10th June 2024 at 7pm in the Village Hall.

Public Participation – Members of Public are asked to inform the Clerk if you wish to attend (15 minutes Maximum): Please note that prior to the official business of the meeting; members of the Parish are welcome to raise any Parish issues. Please inform the Clerk providing name, address and subject matter no later than 24 hrs prior to the meeting if you wish to arrange a speaking slot. Please keep your speech to a maximum of 3 minutes. Additionally, the applicant or their agent may verbally present planning applications. You are not guaranteed a slot if you do not book in advance. Please note the Parish Council cannot make a decision on items that are not on the agenda, but items may be put forward for the agenda for the next meeting.

ANPR Review Reminder

A reminder that the Parish Council is seeking the views of as many residents as possible in order to gauge the current level of support for ANPR cameras. Our ANPR project review will close on 31st May.

Residents are reminded to please submit their views by completing the following questionnaire if they have not yet done so.

The Parish Council will consider all responses received at their June meeting and will then decide on the best way forward.

NACRO CAS-2 housing in Hillcrest

After the extra Parish Council meeting held on Monday 6th May in the Memorial Hall, our Ward Councillor, Paul May informed Bath & North East Somerset Council of the high level of concern expressed at our meeting.

Paul May has since informed us that the application has been withdrawn. This is a very good outcome for the village.
