 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES  In pursuance of Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: |
BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that on 29th August 2023, Peats Hill, Publow and Publow Lane, Woollard shall be closed to all traffic, in the interests of public safety, to enable Bristol Water to repair leak on ferrule.
The road will be closed at Peats Hill, Publow opposite the property known as Woodleigh extending east to a point outside 184 Publow Lane, Woollard, but the closure shall not apply to any vehicle associated with the works.
Alternative Route: Peats Hill (remainder) – Publow Lane – High Street – A37 – A368 – Hunstrete Lane – Vice versaÂ
The closure and diversion will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
These works will commence on 29th August 2023 and the road closure is anticipated to be required for 2 days. This Notice will have a maximum duration of 2 days.
